White chocolate cream tarts

This no-bake recipe is quick and easy to whip up. Serve with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries or any of your favourite fruit! A perfect dessert for the whole family to enjoy.



Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 3 servings

Ingredients
100g Arnotts biscuits
30g butter, melted
1/4 cup thickened cream
45g white chocolate
Fresh or frozen fruit of your choice
Icing sugar to dust



Method
Process the biscuits in a food processor until it resembles fine crumbs.



Add the melted butter and combine well.



Press the biscuit mixture into tart pans.



Refrigerate the base for 30 minutes or until firm.

Meanwhile beat the cream until soft peaks.



Melt chocolate over simmering water until smooth.



Fold the chocolate and cream together until combined.



Distribute the mixture among the prepared base.



Arrange the raspberries on top.

Dust with icing sugar to serve.
