Lunchboxes ready for nursery and pre school tomorrow

Four days a week, I make packed lunches for both my boys to take to nursery and pre school. Most days they include a basic sandwich. They're quick to make but I'm sure it gets boring after awhile. What else can I put in their packed lunch boxes?

Sometimes I put in oatcakes or rice cakes with some sliced cheese and ham in a separate pot. My two don't like salad on a sandwich or roll, so I always give them slices of cucumber and bell peppers separately in a little pot as well.
How about mini pork pies or party eggs? You could also try some small wraps using tortillas. Another option is to make some toasted sandwiches the day before and then they can have them cold the following day.
I think bento box style lunches are a great idea. They might take a bit longer to prepare, but I think it's fun when you get to be a bit creative.

Most revolve around rice, and then have extras like sausage, egg, etc. But people get really creative with all sorts of food.
Little mini quiches that the kids have helped to make themselves - you can make a whole batch together on the weekend and freeze them until the night before school/kindy/work.
