Summer brings different colorful fruits. One written below, consists of 4 different berries. These are storehouses of vitamins and antioxidants. Easy to make, this delicious smoothie would surely become a favorite in your household.

Ingredients
The quantity is as per number of servings and taste.
Chopped strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries.
A dollop of strawberry jam OR honey/sugar for sweetness. (You can altogether skip this one)
Plain or flavored yogurt.
Milk (if you want to thin it down)
Ice cubes (if desired)
You may add almonds/walnuts for packing in more health benefits.
Method
Wash berries. Chop the strawberries.

Lots of berries
In a blender, add berries, yogurt, jam and blend together.
You may add ice cubes for a healthy summer cooler.
Add milk, if required, to thin the consistency of the smoothie
