A sweetly hot breakfast that takes minutes to make.
This recipe is delicious and amazingly easy to make. Use your favourite toppings such as chocolate or caramel or serve with some fruit and maple syrup. This dish also makes a wonderful dessert with ice cream. This is a breaksast favourite that never gets old. Beware however, the kids will want this daily.
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 minutes for each toast
Makes: 6 or more servings
Ingredients 4 eggs
200ml of milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
6 pieces of toast
Butter or oil for frying.
Whisk the eggs and milk together.
Add the vanilla essence and cinnamon and whisk together.
Saturate a piece of toast in the egg and turn once until the egg mixture has coated the bread.
