Ingredients
A slice of bread
One egg
Method
Take your bread and using a large heart-shaped cookie cutter, carefully cute out a heart shape from the middle of the slice, taking care to keep the crusts of the bread intact.
Place your bread slice in a pre-heated non stick pan on a medium-low heat
Crack an egg and pour it gently into the heart shaped space in the bread, taking care not to break the yolk
Meanwhile toast your heart cut outs
Serve to a special little (or big) someone with the toasted heart on the side to dip into the googy egg!
