The perfect recipe for a hot summer day! This tropical smoothie is packed with fruit and yoghurt for a refreshing summer drink.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 3 servings
Ingredients 1 cup of crushed ice
2 tablespoons vanilla or berry yoghurt
1 cup pineapple pieces
Crush the ice and pour the pieces into a blender. My blender is not great at cutting into ice on its own so, to help it out, I pop ice cubes into a snaplock bag and smash them into smaller pieces using a kitchen mallet or rolling pin.
Add the juice of 2 oranges.
Chop the banana into small chunks and pour these into the blender.
