It's amazing what a bit of frozen fruit and a food processor can do; I've blitzed together some frozen fruit and created a delicious, sugar-free dessert, which kids and adults can both enjoy.
Preparation Time: overnight
Makes: 3 servings
Ingredients
1 mango
1 banana
50g frozen blueberries
50g natural yogurt (optional)
Method
Place the banana in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
Slice the mango in half and peel the banana.
Add all of the fruit to a food processor.
Blend for 30 seconds, then scrape down the sides.
Blend again until smooth.
Drizzle over honey if you like and serve.
