Soft fruit baby meal
Nutritious baby food can be tough to find. Instead of worrying about what food to buy, why not make your own? I can assure you, this take under 3 minutes, and is a fibrous, healthy meal for any baby who is moving on to solid food.
: 3 minutes
: 3 baby servings
2 ripe kiwi
2 ripe bananas
Half an avocado
Peel the bananas, halve the avocado and chop the ends off the kiwis.
Add the bananas to a bowl/jar and mash together.
Scoop out one half of the avocado and add to the jar. Mash together.
Repeat with the kiwis.
Voila, you have a somewhat unattractive, but high in fibre, tasty and nutritious easy-to-digest as well as eat, little meal.
There's nothing hard in this meal thanks to the ripeness of the fruit, and the kiwi, bananas and avocado are naturally easy on the tummy and perfect for soft gums.
