Smiling egg and cheese breakfast
Cheese and eggs are a perfect pairing, add some avocado, and spicy sauce, and you've got a winning breakfast recipe.
My niece and nephew love this dish, simply because it's so easy to eat, not to mention being ready in under 10 minutes.

: 2 kid servings
Tbslp Sirracha sauce
2 eggs (1 per child)
25g manchego cheese
Boil a saucepan of water, add the vinegar, and crack the eggs in - one after the other for 4 minutes.
Slice the avocado in half.
Remove the eggs from the pan and place inside the avocado - where the stone used to be.
Grate the manchego on top of each half.
Draw a smiley face on the plate, or however you like, using the sauce - your little ones will love it.
