Scrambled eggs with leftover chilli con carne
An economical yet tasty way to use leftovers.
If you are not sure what to do with left over chilli con carne and don't feel like eating it a second night, then why not turn it into a hearty breakfast?
This meal may not look very appetising at all, but it tastes delicious and is packed with protein to start the day.
