This meal may not look very appetising at all, but it tastes delicious and is packed with protein to start the day.

Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 3-4 servings
Ingredients
Left over chilli con carne (mince, red kidney beans, chilli con carne seasoning)
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Scramble the eggs in a bowl.
Fry the chilli con carne up.
Stir in well until both mixtures are blended together.
The eggs should have changed colour and become browny.
Serve up with a dollop of sour cream.
