Packet of strawberry or raspberry jelly (for the blood!)
Body parts sweets (lollies) (for the body parts!)
Pink wafer biscuits (for the skin!)
This works best with transparent glass or plastic ramekins, but you could also do it with disposable paper ones.
Make up the jelly according to the packet instructions.
I prefer the jelly cubes for this recipe, rather than the powder packets. The cubes seem to set a bit better.
Put a few body parts sweets (lollies) in each of the ramekins.
I used Maynardís Body Bits sweets, but you might have different options where you live. If you canít find a body part sweet you should be able to find candy or jelly hearts, and they would work too.
Pour the jelly into each ramekin. You should add enough to cover all the sweets (lollies) and a little bit extra. If you have older children they might want a little bit more, in which case youíll get slightly fewer servings.
Put into the fridge to set for a few hours.
Once set, crush some pink wafer biscuits and scatter them over the surface of each of your jellies.
Variations: Subsitute green jelly for the pink, jelly worms for the body parts sweets, and instead of pink wafers use crushed Oreos for earth.
