Happy Birthday lunch surprise
: 10 minutes
: 0 minutes
: 1 servings
3 slices bread
1 slice cheese
1 slice ham
1 slice cucumber
Cut circles in the bread
Take a circular cookie cutter and make a hole in the slice of bread.
Place on some cheese
Butter the bread and place a circle of cheese, a slice of cucumber and a circle of ham on top of each layer. You could also use other favorite ingredients, such as peanut butter, tomato or salami.
Make a stack
Cut the carrot into thin sticks to form "candles" and add a small cheese "flame" on top of each carrot stick.
Place the "candles" around the "cake" and add a number carved out of cucumber skin.
Stick the candles into the bread
Serve as a surprise for the birthday boy/girl and enjoy. Older children will have fun creating this ham and cheese stack all by themselves.
