Ingredients 600g Sausages of your choice
2 sticks celery, diced
2 zucchinis, diced
1 capsicum, diced
1 tin cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 large bottle of passata (or 2 tins of tomatoes)
salt and pepper
Spray a fry pan with oil and heat to a medium heat.
Cook sausages until nicely browned all over.
Remove sausages from pan and set aside.
Use a bit more oil spray and then toss in your diced vegies.
Cook for 5 minutes or until soft.
Add the passata, salt and pepper and bring to the boil.
Add sausages back in to pan. (If you using big sausages chop them into bite size pieces).
Add the beans to the pan and stir through.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes on a low heat or until the sausages are cooked through.
Spoon into bowls and serve with pasta, rice, crusty bread or toast.
If you remove the skin off the sausages you can blend this into baby food.
