Ingredients 1 large pizza base
2 teaspoon pizza sauce
300g fresh rocket
1 red capsicum
1 green capsicum
200g mozzarella cheese
100g brie cheese
30g balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar.
10g anchovy (optional)
Preheat oven to 200C.
Grease a bit of olive oil on the pizza bread.
(Tip: This will ensure your pizza to have that golden crunch)
Lavishly spread the pizza sauce on the pizza bread.
Place pepperoni slices first.
Arrange the sausage pieces and the green and capsicum stripes around it.
Generously scatter mozzarella cheese on top.
Carefully transfer the pizza into the oven.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and melted.
Let the pizza cool for about 3 minutes
Garnish the pizza with fresh rocket salad.
Drizzle lightly with balsamic vinegar
Top with brie cheese pieces.
Slice into 8 equal slices.
Serve and enjoy!.
Salad Pizza sounds odd right? But it's a little trick I discovered to get the kids to eat their greens . If you prepare a salad separately, kids will not touch it. So I incorporated salad onto the pizza and it is designed to be eaten together. Apparently, the kids love it!
