Fine food is simply well-seasoned and that's exactly what this dish is: generously flavoured with the right balance of herbs and a little spice. Either way, kids love this, and that's what pleases me.

Makes: 2 teen servings
Ingredients
2 chicken thighs
4 garlic cloves
8 baby plum tomatoes
Handful fresh rosemary
Glug of olive oil
Tsp dried herbs
Method
Place the chicken in a pyrex dish and add the herbs and oil.
Chop the vegetables and crush the garlic using the back of a knife.
Remove the chicken from the oven and add the vegetables. Place the chicken back in the oven for a further 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes remove the dish from the oven.
