Red Velvet Choc Chip Cookie
We all know and love red velvet cupcakes, but how about red velvet cookies? They are equally delicious, fun and easy to make!

: 12 servings
½ cup caster sugar
¾ cup plain flour
¼ cup white chocolate bits
1 tsp cocoa powder
¾ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Red food dye
Preheat oven to 180°C, line a baking tray.
Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the egg.
Add a drop of food dye and beat well to combine.
Sift in the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add in the cocoa powder and combine with a metal spoon.
Stir in the chocolate bits.
Roll spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared tray.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and set aside to cool for 5 minutes.
