Raw mango and courgette ribbons

Raw?! I hear you exclaim, hear me out, I add. You'll be pleasantly surprised, as will your kids by this fruity and delicious bowl of goodness.



Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Makes: 2 kid servings

Ingredients
1 lime
1 mango
1 courgette
1 avocado

Required ingredients


Method
You can use a whole courgette depending on how many mouths you're feeding, otherwise halve the courgette and using a peeler, peel thin ribbons into a bowl.



Halve the avocado.



Scoop out half of the avocado and add to the bowl.



Repeat with the mango.



Combine the ingredients together using a fork/spoon.



Serve and enjoy.
