Quick Coconut Crunch Banana Pudding
When your little ones sweet tooth strikes be prepared with a fibrous, healthy, but still satisfyingly sweet dessert, which can be whipped up in mere minutes.
: 2 minutes
: 1 serving
2 ripe frozen bananas
100ml coconut milk
Half tsp chia seeds
Half tsp bee pollen
Remove the skin from the bananas using a knife.
Add the bananas to a blender and pour in the milk.
Once it's all in, blend.
Pour the pudding-like mixture into a bowl.
Add the seeds and pollen.
Serve and enjoy.
