Purple Berry Smoothie Surprise

A purple, creamy smoothie puts a smile on my nieces face when she comes to visit. It's a great way of getting her to eat, but mostly, enjoy fruit. this is full of fibre and high in protein. Happy days.



Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
Handful blueberries
2 ripe nectarines
200ml jersey/unhomogenised milk
100g Greek yogurt.



Method
Add all of the ingredients to a blender.



Blitz.



Add the yogurt to a glass (a jar makes it more fun however).



Pour over the smoothie.



Serve.



This is a delicious little snack, full of fibre and high in protein.
