Ginger and banana chia pudding

The bee pollen and ginger transforms this into something worth writing about. Grated, ginger becomes a potent ingredient, but mixing it with the creamy banana and coconut milk softens its zingy bite characteristics, making it perfect for little ones.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes (waiting time 3 hours)
Makes: 2 servings

1 Banana
Thumb of fresh ginger
50ml coconut water
Tsp chia seeds
Tsp bee pollen

Required ingredients

Grate the ginger.

Add it to a bowl/tub/jar of the banana and combine.

Add the chia.

Add the milk, combine and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

When you want to enjoy this little dish remove the pudding from the fridge and slice the rest of the banana on top.

Top with the bee pollen and you're ready to tuck in.
