My children were very fussy eaters however they all loved eggs, so this was a staple dish in my household for either breakfast or lunch.
Boiled eggs with "fingers" or "soldiers" were always a hit with them, and allowing them ot dip the soldiers in the egg made it fun.
I used home made bread
to go with this breakfast as I can put healthy seeds etc in the bread.
As this was large, I cut up half the bread into soldiers, and dipped them in the yolk, and spread lemon butter
on one and home made jam
I had this with cocoa and milk (no sugar) and I believe this is a healthy meal for children and in particular those who are not "good" eaters.
