Add this cheese sauce to pasta, fish or chicken and vegetables to make a tasty dinner
Cheese sauce makes a great addition to many baby recipes or just to add to some pasta. Rather than preparing each time you need it, it's just as easy to make a larger quantity and then freeze extra in portions.
As well as making everything taste great, cheese has nutritional benefits too. You probably won't be surprised that it's a rich source of calcium. What I didn't know is that it provides vitamins A,D and B12 as well as protein.

: 500ml cheese sauce
30g unsalted butter
30g plain flour
400ml full fat milk
80g cheddar cheese
You can now add the cheese sauce into whatever dish you are preparing or freeze in portions to be used at a later date.
