These little balls of goodness contain NO refined sugar, butter or oils. They are so delicious and taste like truffles yet they are totally healthy and perfect for when you're craving a sweet treat. Easy to make as well and all you need is a blender or food processor. Enjoy! x x

: 2hrs cooling time
: 10-12 balls
1 1/2 cups of chopped pitted dried dates.
1 1/2 Tbsp of cocoa powder
3/4 cup of flaked almonds
1 Tbsp of skim milk powder
1 cup of shredded coconut
1/2-1 Tbsp of water
NOTE: You can find milk powder at your supermarket in the long-life/condensed milk section.
You don't need to roll them all in coconut. I left some plain and you can also add in coconut to the mixture.
