Tropical kids smoothie

A tropical smoothie is a great way to start the day. Sweet, fruity, and full of fibre, here's a delicious recipe full of tropical fruits and natural goodness.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Makes: 2 x 250ml servings

Ingredients
1 mango
1 frozen banana
1 orange
Half a lime
Cube of ginger
Handful of spinach
Pineapple chunks
Tsp chia seeds



Method
Add the pineapple and spinach to the blender.



Add the remaining ingredients.



Ensure the ingredients are stuffed in.



Blend until completely smooth.



Pour into glasses and top with chia seeds for crunch.
