Cool Kale and Rosemary Salad

Seasoning makes all the difference when it comes to salad. For a tasty and healthy side salad, whip up this kale and rosemary bowl of green, which is tasty as it is nutritious

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 5 servings

Handful of kale
Handful of salad leaves
Pinch of fresh rosemary
Half tsp ground black pepper
3 Tblsp balsamic vinegar
Half a lime

required ingredients

Add the oil, vinegar, and seasoning to a jar.

Add the rosemary.

Place the kale in a sieve on top of a saucepan of boiling water. Steam for 10 minutes.

Add the kale to the jar of salad dressing.

Add the rest of the kale.

Top with the more delicate salad leaves.

This works as a salad you can prepare the night before. Leave the lighter leaves on top and store in the fridge. Once you're ready to serve the salad, toss so every leaf is coated in the dressing.
