Powerful pineapple green smoothie

After the festive feast we all need a little helping hand, a cleanse if you will, even little ones, from all that indulgence.



Help your little ones start their day right with a (surprisingly), filling smoothie which works just as well for breakfast, as a little snack to keep them full before dinner time.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Makes: Two 350ml glasses

Ingredients
50ml orange juice
1/2 a pineapple
Handful of spinach
Tsp bee pollen
Tsp chia seeds
Tblsp Greek yogurt

Required ingredients


Method
Chop the pineapple into chunks.

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz.

Pour into glasses and enjoy.
