Scrambled eggs are a wonderful thing, and kids love them. Here's a quick recipe for a healthy, satisfying breakfast for little ones.
Cooking Time: 2 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
1 tblsp tomato puree
4 eggs (2 per child)
Handful spinach
Knob of butter
2 garlic cloves
Method
Add the spinach and garlic to a frying pan and cook over a low heat for 10 minutes.
Crack the eggs in a seperate pan along with the butter and scramble over a medium heat.
Add the garlic and spinach to the plate along with the tomato puree (a damn sight healthier than tomato ketchup).
Add the scrambled eggs and serve.
