A quick, fruity, pink coloured snack works wonders when my niece is stropping after school. When my sister is cooking her dinner and she becomes restless, I present her with this bowl and she's no longer moody, instead, she's happily tucking into a plate of fibre, and my nephew likes it too.

Ingredients
3 strawberries
3 plums
1 pink grapefruit
Tsp of chia seeds and bee pollen
Method
Chop the grapefruit into chunks.
Wash the plums and strawberries.
Slice in half and add to the plate.
Sprinkle the chia seeds and bee pollen on top.
