Peanut Butter & Jelly French Toast
Wondering what to have for breakfast? This Peanut Butter & Jelly French Toast might just be the solution for you. More than a PB&J sandwich and not just your usual french toast, this recipe will definitely brighten your day starting from breakfast.

: 2 servings
4 Slices of White Bread
Jam (flavour of choice)
Butter to serve
Honey to serve
Spread the peanut butter on one side of the slice of bread.
Spread jam over and sandwich together with another slice of bread.
Whisk the eggs in a large plate.
Place the sandwich in the egg mixture to coat.
Turn around to coat the other side. Repeat for the other sandwich.
Heat butter in a fry pan over medium heat.
Cook the French toast for 2 minutes or until golden and turn over to cook for another 2 minutes.
Transfer to a plate and repeat for the other French toast.
Serve warm with extra butter and drizzle with honey if preferred.
