Peanut Bubble Slice

The addition of chia seeds make this slice a little bit healthy. Great to take on a picnic or as an after school treat, this slice is so easy to make and doesn't require baking.



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes (in fridge)
Makes: 18 servings



Ingredients
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cup rice bubbles
2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Method
Place rice bubbles and chia seeds in a large bowl.
Melt Sugar and honey in a small saucepan over a low heat.



Once sugar has dissolved, add the peanut butter and mix until smooth.
Pour mixture over the rice bubbles and mix quickly before the syrup starts to set.



Tip the mixture into a lined slice tin (30cm x 20cm).



Place in the fridge to let set - approx 30 mins.
Cut into pieces and enjoy!
