Peanut and oat chocolate brownies
Peanuts, oats and chocolate are a match-made in heaven in my opinion, as well as my nephew's, who loved these brownies when I served him up a slice.
These are flour-free too, so, despite the oats, they're not as heavy as you might think. Who said chocolate wasn't healthy?

: 10 servings
200g dark chocolate
50g salted peanuts
150g caster sugar
Add the butter and sugar to a bowl and cream together using a whisk/fork.
Melt the chocolate and add to the bowl, along with the peanuts.
Add the eggs and whisk until smooth.
Pour into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 160 degrees.
Remove from the oven and add the oats (if you add the oats prior to this step they become crunchy).
Place back in the oven for 15 minutes.
Once cooled, slice into bars and serve.
