Pan-grilled Fish with Mediterranean Salad

A delicious dish using fish fillets. They can be grilled on your regular pan and are ready in a jiffy. Combine it with a crunchy Mediterranean salad.
Pan-grilled fish with Mediterranean salad
: 5 minutes
: 10 minutes
: as many as required
All the ingredients are as per taste
Fish fillet, I used swordfish.
For the fish
For the salad
Herbs: chopped mint, parsley, coriander
Green or red pepper
Cucumber or zucchini slices
Crumbled feta cheese
Make smaller portions of the fish. Smear with some olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper and dried oregano OR Italian seasoning. You can play around with the flavours as per your choice.
Lay the fish in a grill pan or regular pan and let it cook. While it is cooking, get your salads ready.
Combine the veggies listed under salad. Mix well.
Add the finely chopped herbs
Add juice of a lemon, salt and pepper.
Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
Cook the fish 5 minutes on each side or till it is evenly cooked.
Deliciously cooked fish
In a plate, arrange the pieces of fish, sprinkle some lemon juice (optional) and serve generous portions of the salad.
Enjoy your healthy meal.
