Ingredients 3 cups toasted muesli (http://kidrecipes.com.au/breakfast-muesli/)
1/2 cup plain flour
1/3 cup honey
Preheat the oven to 170. Grease a baking tray.
In a bowl, place the muesli and plain flour. Stir to combine. Form a well in the centre.
Melt the butter.
In a second bowl, whisk the egg. Add the honey and melted butter and whisk these together as well.
Pour the butter mixture into the well in the muesli and flour mixture. Stir well to combine.
Set this aside for 10 minutes, then roll the desired amount of mixture into balls (to create the desired cookie size). Place these balls onto a baking tray. Either leave them as balls or flatten depending on the shape of the cookie you prefer.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
