Mango sago custard
An easy to make kids' favorite. Make this for kids parties or if you visit a friend. A sure hit and people would be raving for more.

600ml Paul's vanilla custard
1 tablespoon Icing sugar
1 cup Sago
1/2 cup Full cream milk
Mint - to garnish
Soak sago in hot water for 1-2 hours. In a medium pan, add water and the soaked sago till it turns soft and transparent.Keep aside and let it cool.
Peel the mangoes and cut them into small piece. Blend together 2 cut mangoes, icing sugar and milk.
Pour this mixture into a medium sized bowl. Now add the vanilla custard and mix well.
Now add the cool sago and mix well. Taste to see if sugar is ok, if you need more add to it during this stage.
Finally add the cut mangoes and arrange in dessert glasses and serve with some mint
