Lunchbox Pumpkin Parathas

Pumpkin parathas are a great lunchbox item. It only requires two ingredients and aren't time consuming. Makes a good lunchbox item for the whole family.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 10-12 servings

Ingredients
2 cups wholemeal flour or atta
1 cup grated pumpkin
Olive oil for kneading the dough and cooking
Salt to taste
Water for kneading the dough
Non-stick pan for cooking

Method
Grate the pumpkin finely

Mix the flour and pumpkin to make a dough with the help of some oil and water.

Take a pinch of the dough and roll out a flat circle with the help of some flour.


Cook the rolled dough on the non-stick pan on both sides with some oil.


Serve with butter(spread it on the paratha) and enjoy.
