Ingredients 90 g softened butter
3 Lindt chocolate balls (milk)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
Put butter and chocolate balls into a microwave safe container and zap for 15 seconds, stir and zap again until liquified or almost liquified.
Add an egg to the mixture and the sugar and stir until combined.
In a mixing bowl, add flour and cocoa and combine.
Once combined, add butter mixture to flour mixture and mix until consistent. Then roll balls about a tablespoon in size in your hand and flatten, lay on prepared baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Cookies will be slightly soft when finished, but will firm up once cooled.
Cool on a rack and transfer to a festive plate or regular plate with Christmas themed napkins for an instant transformation.
