Lemon Infused Fish Fillets

Here's a quick, herby, citrus fish dish which kids and adults can enjoy.



Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 3 kid servings

Ingredients
1 fillet of cod
1 fillet of herring
1 lemon
Glug of olive oil
Handful fresh thyme
Half tsp black pepper
Half tsp dill
Pinch of salt

Method
Add all of the ingredients to the pan.



Cook over a medium heat for 10 minutes until the fish starts to flake.



Transfer the fish to a plate.



Serve as a main alongside side dishes such as salad, roast vegetables and fresh bread for a European-style, healthy dinner.
