This is a really simple dish that is versatile and kid friendly. Avocado's are beautifully creamy, nutty and healthy for the whole family. If you would like your kids to eat a spread that is good for them rather than the usual margarine, mayonnaise or butter spread, then this spread is rich in omega 3 and good fat.
Serve it up in a sandwich with a slice of cheese and ham, or serve it up on its own with some crackers or vegetable sticks.
