You'd be surprised, but all vegetarian families out there will appreciate a veggie-filled sandwich that their kids can enjoy when they visit their carnivorous friends home.
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Makes: 2 kid servings
Ingredients
1 bunch of kale
2 slices of wholegrain bread
Tbslp olive oil
1 large tomato
Chunk of cheddar cheese
Half tsp black pepper
Method
Pick the highest quality oil you have.
Place the kale in a bowl a rub the the oil to soften the leaves.
Grate the cheese and roughly chop the tomato.
Top the bread with all of the ingredients and serve.
