Ice Cream Sundae
Ice cream sundaes make the perfect food for sleepovers or late night feasts. Half of the fun comes in staking and preparing your sundae, the other half comes from eating it.
For a fun family activity, get together all of your ingredients and let everyone build their own sundae with their own favourite toppings. See who can come up with the most creative sundae.

Chocolate ice cream
Vanilla ice cream
Caramel or chocolate sauce
100s & 1000s
Biscuits or wafers
Chopped fresh banana or strawberry
First decide how you're serving your sundae. Are you going to use a bowl, or a tall glass? Try and pick something that allows you to get a little height.
Start by scooping out your ice cream flavours. You don't have to use chocolate and vanilla, you can use any combination you like.
Cover the ice cream with your choice of sauce.
Place a star tip inside a piping bag, and add your whipped cream. Pipe the whipped cream on top of your ice cream scoops and then top with a little more sauce.
Now it's time to have a little fun. Add any of the toppings you like, getting creative with what you use and where you place them.
