Chicken and greens are a wonderful combination, full of fibre and protein, combined you've got a healthy meal for kids and adults.
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Makes: 3 kid servings
Ingredients
1 chicken breast fillet
1 head of greens
handful of rosemary,
handful of thyme leaves
3 tblsp olive oil
1 avocado
Method
Add the herbs to a griddle pan along with the oil and simmer for 5 minutes over a medium heat.
Add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes.
Wash and tear the greens.
Add the greens to the griddle pan and cook with the chicken for 10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
Cook until the chicken is golden.
Serve alongside the sliced avocado.
