Healthy Banana Toastie

Do you have a child who craves carbohydrates, who it is difficult to get to eat something healthy? Who you slave over a meal for, only to have their nose turned up at it and ask for toast?

Well this is the healthy solution to that, so your child gets to eat something that they want to eat without a fuss, but that you can be satisfied is healthy for them.

Bananas contain vital nutrients like potassium, magnesium, vitamin B6(20%), vitamin C (14%) and vitamin A (1%). Combine them with healthy bread and you can have a complete meal.

Even if you don't have a fussy child, this can be a healthy breakfast or snack to keep them going.

Preparation Time: 4 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 minutes
Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
2 slices healthy bread (brown, seeded etc.)
1/2 banana
Butter

Method
Toast the bread and butter it.
Slice bananas into small pieces and layer on top of the bread.

Top with the other slice of bread and serve with or without crusts!
