Avocados are healthy and when seasoned with spices and salads it is a tasty, crunchy meal. Along with crackers, it is a healthy, pretty starter for kids parties or an any-time snack for your little ones.

There is no quantity as such as everything is as per taste. However, 2 medium-sized avocados can make almost 20 crackers
Cracker biscuits (e.g Savoy/ Checker crackers)
Garlic, finely chopped
Onion, chopped finely
Tomato, chopped finely
Cheese slices (optional)
Select ripe avocados and mash them in a bowl. Get tips to cut an avocado here.
Immediately, at lemon juice. Now add the rest of seasonings as per taste.
Add the chopped garlic, onion and tomato.
Mix everything well. Assemble the crackers in a dish and put spoonfuls of guacamole on each.
Decorate with a sprig of parsley or rosemary. Alternatively, make small squares of cheese slice and place on top of the guacamole.
