Ingredients
2 oranges
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoon yogurt
Method
Peel the orange. Remove all the white rind. Put it in the blender.
Peel and chop the pitted avocados and add this to the blender.
Then add sugar and yogurt to blender.
Blend until a smooth cream is formed.
