Green Banana Smoothie

It may be green and yellow in colour, but kids won't guess this is a spinach-rich smoothie because it tastes so sweet! Whip up this fibrous drink and your kids will be enjoying a variety of nutrients from the coconut water, protein-rich seeds and sweetness from the ripe bananas. Whoever said kids didn't like their greens?



Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Makes: 2 250ml glass servings

Ingredients
Handful fresh spinach
Item 2 ripe bananas
Tblsp ground flax seeds
Tblsp sunflower seeds
50ml coconut water

Required ingredients


Method
Add all ingredients to a blender.



Blend until everything combines.



Remove the lid and check if it's completely smooth.



Pour into glasses.



Top with the bee pollen.



Drink immediately.



If it's too thick to drink feel free to use a spoon.
