Gently spiced fish is a winner with my niece and nephew, give it a try and see how your little ones like it.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Makes: 2 kid servings
Ingredients
1 sea bream fillet
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 lemon
3 cubes of frozen spinach
Tsp curry powder
Half tsp black pepper
3 tbslp olive oil
Sprig of thyme
Method
Chop the onion and garlic.
Add all of the ingredients minus the spinach, to a pyrex dish and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 170 degrees/gas mark 5.
