If your kids are like my niece and nephew when it comes to garlic, you'll understand. They love the taste of garlic, but hate the texture and if they happen to find any chunks, then meal time is no longer fun. If you share my pain, then why not try this scrambled eggs recipe? See below for a fun tip!
Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 3 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
2 eggs
3 sprigs of thyme
1 birds eye chilli
Tblsp coconut oil
1 garlic clove
Method
Add the garlic, oil and thyme to a griddle pan.
Crack the eggs in the pan.
Halve the chilli and add to the pan.
Scramble the eggs lightly.
Scramble to your likeness.
Serve on top of spinach and tomatoes.
The eggs will taste of garlic, without the crunch or garlic-bits, that kids don't usually like.
