Easy Macaroni, Cheese, Tuna & Baked beans Bites

Not only kids love that simple and lovely recipe, it can also get them involved in making. Best to serve at kids party or for kids lunch.

: 12 mini muffin-sized servings
1/2 cup macaroni
1/2 cup corn kernel & pea mix (fresh or frozen)
1/3 cup baked beans (excess sauce removed)
1/2 can naturally smoked tuna (excess liquid removed)
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp extra-light olive oil
some cooking oil or butter
Preheat oven to 200 °C
Cook 1/2 cup macaroni in boiling water until just tender, then drain.
Soak corn kernel & pea mix in boiling water for 1 minute, drain and pat dry.
In a mixing bowl, add drained macaroni, drained corn kernel and pea, baked beans, tuna, grated parmesan cheese and extra light olive oil, mix well to combine.
Grease mini muffin pan with butter/cooking oil.
Spoon and divide mixture evenly between tins.
Bake in oven for 12 minutes. Leave to cool for 3 minutes.
Take out and let cool for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from pan, transfer to paper cups.
Serve warm. Yummy, some were eaten!
