Easy Cauliflower, Potato, Avocado and Kiwi Salad in Black Sesame Dressing

This easy, healthy and delicious salad recipe is perfect for kids' lunch or as side dish. It can be served warm or chilled. Kids can easily learn how to make this yummy and nutritious salad for themselves.

250g red & brown mini potatoes, washed
250g cauliflower florets
2 green kiwis, peeled
fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup Korean black sesame dressing
Steam potatoes and cauliflower florets for 15 minutes until tender.
Allow to cool a bit that can be touched.
Chop the steamed potatoes into halves or quarters.
Chop the peeled kiwis into quarters.
As soon as the avocado is opened, add a few drops of fresh squeezed lemon juice to prevent it from being oxidized/darker.
Chop avocado into dices.
In a mixing bowl, add all chopped or steamed ingredients. Pour into half cup sesame dressing. Adjust amount of dressing as per your preference.
Toss to combine.
Serve immediately as warm salad or put into fridge if served as chilled.
