Easy Avocado Berry Breakfast Smoothie
A fresh and creamy smoothie packed with avocado and berry goodness! Use your preferred kind of milk to create a healthy after school, breakfast or weekend lunch drink.
: 10 minutes
: 3-4 servings
1/2 a ripe avocado
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 1/2 cup milk (full cream, low fat, soy, rice, or other preferred milk!)
2 tablespoons of honey
Peel, deseed and chop the avocado into small chunks.
Pour the milk into a blender. Add the avocado chunks and honey.
Add the mixed berries.
Blend until smooth. If the mixture appears slightly too thick once blended, pour in some extra milk and blend again to achieve the desired thickness.
Pour the smoothie evenly between 3-4 cups.
